Professional Development Program
Our aim is to deliver the right person to the right position. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) offers a unique opportunity for qualified candidates with degrees in civil/structural engineering, architecture or building construction. The program includes hands-on training in design, estimating, drafting, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, construction, and project management.
Our AEC staff gains knowledge in all aspects of the Design-Manufacture-Construct process through their on the job experience in our PDP. As a result they are able to interact with others with a well-earned level of confidence and authority.
